HarAlley, only launched in August 2007, is your perfect charter vessel to explore the hundreds of islands and beaches in the waters off Phuket, Thailand, Malaysia and Myanmar (Burma).
Sailing peacefully, or at speed, depending on the wind ….who cares? It's about relaxing…unwinding…forgetting that you have to be anywhere….take off your watch, leave it in your bag…..no shoes….
With so many destinations to choose from, you can make a plan or go with the flow….Having a fast, large catamaran makes covering long distances quick, easy and comfortable. This makes it possible to cover large areas if you desire or just hang out in your favourite spot.
There are many activities to choose from…swimming, snorkelling, fishing, diving, kayaking…your choice…or just relax on board catching a tan, plenty of sunscreen!! Or taking a nap in the shade. We have a huge awning covering the front deck and nets…making the ideal spot to chill and enjoy the beauty of cruising these wonderful areas.
We are based in Ao Yon, Phuket Island on the west coast of Thailand. Phuket is well developed with an international airport and the best of eating and shopping to those inclined. Close by are all the famous destinations you all hear of, Phi Phi island, James bond island, the Similan and Surin islands, Phang Nga Bay, the Butangs.
However it's those little secret spots where you're the only ones there…whole islands and beaches to yourselves….no one else to spoil your tranquillity…ahh pure bliss. By this stage you'll be working out how to stay longer…
The adventure starts in our home bay, Ao Yon, a very quiet, protected mooring with dingy access 24 hrs a day, and no slogging through the mud of other home ports! A short trip out in the dingy and its all aboard.
Once on board we set sail to the destination of your choice or the skippers if you can't make up your mind…too many to choose! Time to unwind…and let our crew take care of you….our chef/ hostess will provide you with the sensational food for which Thailand is so famous, also catering to those with not such an international taste. Of course there's no such thing as a free lunch, so the skipper is going to get you involved with setting the sails, steering the cat and enjoying life on the sea.
